Mardi :)

Still no La Poste, went to Musée de Grenoble instead:)   But first a lunch at "Café de la Table Ronde", said to be the second oldest café in France, founded in 1739! Tried the Diot braisé aux échalotes gratin dauphinois. Gratin dauphinois is basically "fløtegratinerte poteter" and is apparently a dish typical for Grenoble, which is the capital of the Dauphiné (Dauphiné ≈ Isère + Drôme + Hautes-Alpes). Not exactly a fun-fact, but could be useful in a game of TP…

Lunch!

Musée de Grenoble is massive, but really nice. They have sorted their older paintings according to period and country of origin and the newer ones according to style, which seems to give a feeling of continuity as you walk through the exposition. Got though most of the "modern" art, but had to save the ancient egyptian and greek departments for another visit. It is surprisingly tiring to look at art!

On the way to uni, just because it looks nice :)
